SHIPPING
We ship
globally every day except weekends through international
registered air mail. Shipments to Europe average one
week to arrive. For the rest of the world, two to three weeks are
the average.
Please note that we are not responsible for service
transit time. This information is provided by the
carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that
transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods

In case of a lost shipment, you must allow us to run a
trace of your package through the post office, before
requesting a replacement. Tracing time depends upon the
response time of your post office, and may take as long
as a month.
In case of unsatisfactory products, you may return them within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping cost).
